A founder out of Vũng Tàu.
I'm Thai Van Dung, founder and CEO of Avocadoo — an app studio based in Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu, Vietnam.
I studied at Foreign Trade University (FTU), then chose to build products instead of joining a corporate path. Avocadoo grew out of that decision.
We build across language learning, productivity, and outsourcing — consumer apps and client work alike. Across our apps we now reach ~500,000 learners — led by Speak Chinese (~180,000) and BaoBao (~120,000).
I care about apps that actually ship and actually get used. No long roadmaps, no permanent beta. Build, release, learn, iterate.
How we ship
Three principles, every release.
Ship the smallest useful thing
Start with one core loop that actually teaches. Polish comes after launch, not before.
One stack, repeated well
Flutter for mobile, NestJS + TypeScript on the backend. Same toolchain across 13 apps means we move faster every release.
Distribute on day one
Every app lives on App Store and Play Store from launch. Distribution is part of the product.
